20th August 2023 - 16th September 2023. A run that is "a little over a marathon".
Battling her own internal demons, for many years running has been Brooke's only escape. It wasn't until she dug deep and started to look within herself that she sought the professional help she deserves.
It was then that Brooke realized just how beautiful this world is💙
This is where her vision for Kindness Connects came to life.
Now she is on a mission to create an IMPACT. To IGNITE others to reach out and seek the help they deserve; because it is not weak to speak💙
The challenge has been set, but support is still needed. Nothing will get in the way of Brooke raising awareness for Mental Health within our broader community. She has always been passionate about the younger generation of Australians and the Construction and Mining Industry.
As you may be wondering 'how the hell is Brooke going to achieve this?'.
Preparing for the challenge won't be easy.
The training, coaching, nutrition, and physio all need to be on point.
But she is on her way, and with the right support...

THE MISSION
To ignite a movement for mental health within the FIFO and younger generation communities. Aiming to push boundaries, break down barriers, and inspire others to join Brooke in their efforts to prioritize mental well-being and eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Our ultimate goal is to create a world where mental health is a top priority, stigma is eliminated, and support is accessible to all who need it.

THE COMMUNITY. SINCE BEING FOUNDED BY SOME
OF JACK’S CLOSEST FRIENDS IN 2018, 20TALK HAVE
ESTABLISHED THEMSELVES AS ONE OF PERTH’S
MOST UNIQUE, COLLABORATIVE, AND INNOVATIVE
PLATFORMS, USING INTERACTIVE EVENTS,
RESOURCES, AND AN EVER-EXPANDING MEDIA
CHANNEL TO RAISE AWARENESS AND INSTIGATE
CHANGE

REGISTERED MENTAL HEALTH CHARITY THAT STARTED IN
REGIONAL WESTERN AUSTRALIA. OUR OPERATIONS ARE
BASED OUT OF PERTH, WA BUT WE SPEND A LOT OF TIME
TRAVELING THE COUNTRY.
OUR MISSION IS TO HELP SPARK DIFFICULT
CONVERSATIONS AND ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO SPEAK UP
WHEN BATTLING MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS.
WE'RE DOING THIS BY GIVING TREES A 'BLUE LEASE ON
LIFE' AND BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER TO CREATE SAFER
SPACES AND PLACES TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH.
OUR PROJECT HAS NOW SPREAD RIGHT ACROSS
AUSTRALIA AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD WITH
THESE TREES ACTING AS VISUAL REMINDERS TO CHECK IN
ON YOUR LOVED ONES AND YOURSELF.
